The Art Of Channeling

For those of you who would like to begin (or who are already) channeling, Ascended Earth is pleased to present a safe and effective method given to us by Vywamus during a channeling course held in Eastbourne, in South East England.

"Channeling is a is the process of tuning your four body system to a specific energy output other than your own." Vywamus.

"There are many millions of Masters who await the opportunity to link with you and bring forth their contribution to the beloved Earth." Vywamus.

Opening Your Channel

This technique is designed to open a vortex of light which will allow the "Higher Being" you wish to channel to connect with your four body system. As you move through the chakras see each one larger than the last to create a funnel, or cone, of light - wide at the top, with the apex at the base. The colour of the chakras may differ for you - trust what you see as right for you!

The Vortex Technique

Prepare yourself by connecting with your I Am Presence (ensure you have read and understood how to connect as outlined in Ascension Tools before you begin as some of the terms used below, e.g. antakarana and Zero Room are explained there).

When you have opened your antakarana & connected with your I Am Presence, focus on your base chakra - see this as a large disc in the horizontal plane (imagine sitting on a red plate at the base of your spine). See that chakra begin to spin (either clockwise or anticlockwise). As this happens visualise the Zero Room being flooded with red light. The entire Zero room is actually formed in the shape of a sphere and serves now to act as one big base chakra. See the Zero Room itself now start to revolve around you - acting as one massive sphere of red energy with you stationary at the centre!

Now focus on your sacral chakra just below the navel - again see this as a large disc in the horizontal plane. Imagine the sacral chakra beginning to spin (either clockwise or anticlockwise). As this happens visualise the Zero Room being flooded with a deep orange light. The entire room is formed in the shape of a sphere and acts now as one big sacral chakra. See the Zero Room itself now start to revolve around you - acting as one massive sphere of orange energy with you stationary at the centre.

Move up to your solar plexus chakra midway between your navel and lower ribs - see this as a large vibrant yellow disc in the horizontal plane. Imagine the solar plexus chakra beginning to spin (either clockwise or anticlockwise). As this happens visualise the Zero Room being flooded with a brilliant yellow light. The entire room acts now as one big solar plexus chakra. See the Zero Room start to revolve around you - acting as one massive sphere of yellow energy with you stationary at the centre.

Go up to your heart chakra in the centre of your chest and see this as a vast emerald green (or pink, or golden) disc in the horizontal plane. Let the heart chakra begin to spin (either clockwise or anticlockwise). As this happens visualise the Zero Room being flooded with a beautiful emerald green, rose pink, or golden light. The entire room acts now as one big open heart chakra. See the Zero Room start to revolve around you - acting as one massive sphere of emerald green, rose pink, or gold energy with you stationary at the centre.

Move to the throat chakra, at the base of your neck, and picture this as a massive disc coloured cornflower blue. Start the throat chakra spinning (either clockwise or anticlockwise). As this happens visualise the Zero Room being flooded with a gorgeous cornflower blue light. The entire room acts now as one big throat chakra. See the Zero Room start to revolve around you - acting as one enormous sphere of blue energy with you stationary at the centre.

Move up to the 3rd Eye, or brow chakra (in the middle of and slightly above your eyes), and see this as a large indigo disc. See the 3rd Eye chakra spinning (either clockwise or anticlockwise). As this happens visualise the Zero Room being flooded with a powerful indigo light. The entire room acts now as one big 3rd Eye chakra. See the Zero Room start to revolve around you - acting as one massive sphere of indigo energy with you stationary at the centre.

Move up to the Crown chakra on the top of your head and picture this as a beautiful thousand petaled lotus. See the Crown chakra spinning (either clockwise or anticlockwise). As this happens visualise the Zero Room being flooded with a powerful Violet/White light. The entire room acts now as one big Crown chakra. See the Zero Room start to revolve around you - acting as one massive sphere of Violet/White energy with you stationary at the centre.

Now look to your Earth Star chakra 6 inches directly beneath your feet. Imagine this chakra is a fiery red/orange/yellow (like molten lava) sphere, 6 inches below your feet. Now see that sphere/chakra begin to spin (either clockwise or anticlockwise).

Move 6 inches above your head to the 8th or Soul Star chakra and picture this as golden white. See this chakra spinning (either clockwise or anticlockwise). As this happens visualise the Zero Room being flooded with a gold/white light. The entire room acts now as one large Soul Star chakra. See the Zero Room start to revolve around you - acting as one massive sphere of Gold/White energy with you stationary at the centre.

Move way above your head into the Earth's atmosphere to the Ninth chakra and see this as silver or platinum. See this chakra spinning (either clockwise or anticlockwise). As this happens visualise the Zero Room being flooded with a luminous silver or platinum light. The entire room acts now as one massive 9th chakra. See the Zero Room start to revolve around you - acting as one enormous sphere of silver/platinum energy with you stationary at the centre.

Move way up now into the Solar System to the Tenth chakra and see this as pearlescent orange. See this chakra spinning (either clockwise or anticlockwise). As this happens visualise the Zero Room being flooded with a pearlescent orange light. The entire room acts now as one massive 10th chakra. See the Zero Room start to revolve around you - acting as one enormous sphere of pearlescent orange energy with you stationary at the centre.

Move further up now into the Galaxy & visualise the Eleventh chakra. See this as a deep violet/blue. See this chakra spinning (either clockwise or anticlockwise). As this happens visualise the Zero Room being flooded with a violet/blue light. The entire room acts now as one massive 11th chakra. See the Zero Room start to revolve around you - acting as one enormous sphere of violet/blue energy with you stationary at the centre.

Move now into the Higher Dimensions of pure Light & visualise the Twelfth chakra and see this as a rich shimmering Gold. See this chakra spinning (either clockwise or anticlockwise). As this happens visualise the Zero Room being flooded with a beautiful Golden light. The entire room acts now as one massive 12th chakra. See the Zero Room start to revolve around you - acting as one enormous sphere of Golden energy with you stationary at the centre. Congratulations you have now established 'The Vortex.'

The Gatekeeper

Now ask that your I Am Presence serve as 'Gatekeeper' for the duration of your channeling (you can also ask Archangel Michael, or any Higher Being you are connected with to serve as your Gatekeeper). The Gatekeeper is there to ensure that only evolved Light Beings in service to the Divine Plan can enter your energy vortex (a bit like a "Cosmic Bouncer" keeping out the lower vibrational entities!).

Use this Prayer: "Dear Mother/Father God I ask that the Highest Vibrational aspect of " (insert
Master's name), or "the perfect being of great light and great love, come through and utilise me as a clear and open channel of love & wisdom for the highest good of all. I ask that the energy & information moving through me be of the perfect vibration for all those present. In the name of I Am That I Am, so be it."

Now see yourself step back from your spinning vortex of light and see the Higher Being move down into the vortex of light into your 4 body system and merge with it. LET GO & RELAX, breath deeply and when you feel the Higher Being has made the connection they will tell you and indicate they are ready to speak. OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND SPEAK! Step back, relax and trust - the Higher Being you are channeling will do the rest!

When the session is over see the Higher Being move up, out of your Vortex. See your chakras slow their spinning to a gentle turning. Now see your auric field close and become sealed in white/violet light. Ask Archangel Michael to help seal your aura completely. Focus on your feet and relax back into your body. When ready open your eyes.

After practising for some time you will be able to quickly establish the vortex by spinning each of the 12 chakras in turn as a pure white disc of light. But for now using the detailed visualisation above will create a strong inner pathway that is built upon each time your open your channel. Using it daily will also energise you each day with better health!
